Inclusions: 40 chairs, 8 tables, 2 hand-wash basins, and a vacuum cleaner will be provided
Exclusions: Food, water & decoration materials are NOT provided
(Mon-Fri) Weekday rate $30 / hour
(Sat-Sun) Weekend rate $45 / hour
Minimum 4 hours booking
$100 refundable holding deposit is required
Can book between 9:00am to 9:00pm, any day of the week
No pets. No alcohol

Booking enquiry form:

Upon receiving your booking request, we check for time slot availability. If your requested time slot is not available, we will propose an alternate time slot for your review
We will email you the invoice (with bank account details) for your payment
Once you confirm the payment transfer, we will reserve the hall and notify you
On the day of your booking, please arrive at the facility (128 Frances Street, Lidcombe NSW 2141). Our staff will hand over the hall keys to you.

Booking will be confirmed upon receipt of full upfront payment (rate + holding deposit)
Booking is subject to availability of slots
Maximum 70 people allowed in the hall

Customer must clear the hall, vacate the place and hand over the keys before time slot ends
Hall will be provided to the customer in good clean condition. Customer must return the hall in the same good condition. If not left in the same good condition, we will deduct cleaning or rubbish removal charges from your holding deposit
