Overview:

Spacious hall that accomodates up to 70 people
For Birthdays | Yoga studio | Dance studio | Social gatherings
INCLUSIONS: About 40 chairs, 8 tables, 2 hand-wash basins, and a vacuum cleaner will be provided
EXCLUSIONS: Food/catering, water, table cloth, welcome board, entertainment system and decoration materials are NOT provided
(Mon-Fri) Weekday rate $30 / hour
(Sat-Sun) Weekend rate $45 / hour
Minimum 4 hours booking
$100 refundable holding deposit is required
Can book between 9:00am to 9:00pm, any day of the week. Latest closing time is 9:00pm
Customer may take extra 30 mins for any decorations (if needed) prior to start of booking time
Customer must clear up, clean up, vacate the hall and hand over the keys before your booking time slot ends. Cleaning time must be included in your booking time (i.e. extra time for cleaning is not provided)
No pets allowed
No alcohol allowed
At Indian Hypermarket (128 Frances St, Lidcombe, NSW)

Upon receiving your booking request, we check for time slot availability. If your requested time slot is not available, we will propose an alternate time slot for your review
We will email you the invoice (with bank account details) for your payment
Once you confirm the payment transfer, we will reserve the hall and notify you
On the day of your booking, please arrive at the facility (128 Frances Street, Lidcombe NSW 2141). Our staff will hand over the hall keys to you.

Booking will be confirmed upon receipt of full upfront payment (rate + holding deposit)
